How to Measure Your Foot Length

You will need 3 things: a blank sheet of paper, a ruler and a pen/pencil. Do not attempt measuring while standing on carpet.

 Start by placing the blank sheet of paper on a flat surface, then follow these steps to measure your foot accurately:

1. Position Your Foot: Stand barefoot on the paper and transfer your entire weight onto the foot you're measuring.
2. Mark Key Points: Using a pencil, mark the position of your heel and the tip of your longest toe (usually the big toe or the second toe).
3. Measure the Length: Use a long ruler or a tape measure to determine the distance between these two points.
4. Repeat for the Other Foot: Measure the other foot in the same way, as there can be a difference of up to 5 mm between feet
5. Use the larger foot length measurement to make your selection
